Cowbell Brewery has switched its entire pizza menu over to Beer You Can Eat (BYCE) beer pizza dough! A craft brewery, Cowbell is located in Blyth, Ontario Canada. The decision to convert fully to BYCE dough was made after a three-month trial which resulted in a better beer and food pairing experience and notable increase in sales and repeat customers.
